mamba on discovery

watched a docco on the black mamba on discovery or animal planet this morning...
damn, they are nasty so and so's, violent as hell and fast too....
what surprised me is how quick the venom acts, pins and needles within 10 minutes and muscle tissue damage in about 20-30 minutes......
