Well im looking at making a 3 foot cricket breeding lab sorta thing. It wouldhave 3 compartments. 300 x 500 and be 450 high.

all out of white melamine. the roof would be a hinged melamine lid with mesh vents. and a Downlight in each. this way the crickets will get some heat aswell

Has anybody set up anything like this.

ANd would anyone purchase something like this:? for what price?

Ill be drawing a a plan a little later ill show you all .


Also would anyone purchase 4foot bare enclosure shells basically all they will need is vents lights and glas and tracks. other wise would be made professionally and just be a shell

WHat price would you think would be reasonable. ?

I just use a black bunnings tub 3x2x2 with a lid.. Cheaper and easier.

I doubt you will get a decent price on unfinished enclosures, and im not sure its worth going to all that trouble with the crickets when a cheap plastic tub does the job just fine.
