Microclimate B1 or B2

Hey guys I'm planing on getting a thermostat soon for a tub rack which I will use for geckos at first will only run the one tub rack but later on plan on running another tub rack off it as well.

Just wondering what is better the Microclimate B1 Dimmer Stat Thermostat 600W or Microclimate B2 Pulse Proportional Thermostat 600W. I'm not sure what one would be better for what I would be using it for so thought id ask for some thoughts.

If your only going to be running a heat cord or panel or non light emitting source go for the B2,but if you want something that can run everything go for the B1.
