mold in frog enclouser?!

hey this morning iv found that theres a gooie mold that is growing on my frogs aquarium heater?
i have a filter in there and i guess it hasnt done the tirck so now i am cleaning out the enclouser and i dont have bleach will disinfectant do?

it would have been algae, just buy algae rid from your local pet store

Why worry?
Mould does not grow underwater.
