my gecko wont eat?

i have a northern spine tailed gecko and she as not eaten for a week and 2 days she did just lay some eggs last night i tried to feed her again tonight with no luck. i also just got a snake could this be why she is not eating.

Hey Mate,

Are you touching your snake then trying to feed or something like this?

Anything in routine with the new snake you've moved the gecko tank around?

How were the eggs?

Be good to maybe give a mist or when it's overly warm, she should eat soon enough

Is she still pooing?

Are the enclosure conditions all the same and food items same etc.

Is she getting around or lethargic?

no
i have not moved the tank
there were 2 eggs
will give it a mist
she as not poo in 2 days
all things in the cage are the same
she was never much of a move but she as been a bit slower at night

Geckos often wont eat for a few days up until laying, I would try feeding her again tomorrow night, she should eat then.
If she doesn't start eating within a week I would say she is suffering from reproductive complications and will require veterinary care

I heard of luke warm water soak like half way up their bodies some people have done for digestion issues not pooing etc. Keep temp of water via thermometer so not to harm gecko. Or vet trip if all else fails. Sorry to hear mate hope she picks up soon.

i just got her back today i need to add more heat and have better quality livefood
