My Medusa

Here's my Medusa. And my best mate.

She's out cooking at a fishing charter camp in Arnhem Land, and footy finals are on. She comes back tomorrow...and I leave Sunday for an Indigenous Ranger confrerence down in VRD. Crap timing!

Hopefully she'll find this thread and have a chuckle.

You should bring her back a completely unique, random and personal gift from your conference trip. My husband does things like that when he's away; they never cost much, usually nothing, but it's a small token that lets me know he's been thinking of me. Like when I buy him Zyrtex in the spring without his asking. It doesn't look very romantic from the outside, but from the inside it's totally cosy.
I love that little excited feeling you get the day before you see your partner again for the first time in ages

You miss em when their gone......after a few months you can't wait for em to go.my fella used to work up the mines sometimes gone for a month at a time.........missed him heaps when he was away.given it up for 8 to 5 work.now i miss him for the day.

Very sweet Steve. I was away for a week at camp and I think my other half just couldn't wait for me to return so he had help runnng the teens around! I keep my expectations low, so if he makes an effort I truly appreciate it. Lonqi should hire you as a snake model.
