Need Help, Demonstrators Licence

we’ve got a 3yr old Darwin carpet albino, we are looking at incorporating into our live shows, been in contact with DPI (who we apparently have to go through) and all is good here in vic, my question is, as our tour schedule takes us into other states, do I have to apply for a demonstrator license in every state, or is there one to cover all?
We are in Vic at the moment, but our tour schedule will be taking us, into NSW, ACT, and QLD.

Also would appreciate anybody who has already has a demonstrator licence, giving us a few tips ect, to make the process easier.
