Hi everyone,

I've had a turtle for two years now and decided to get myself some lizards. I've picked up some Jackys and they fascinate me. But I am now looking for something that doesn't mind being handled, so I was thinking of a beardie. Question is i am currently working on a 3 tier display which will have a 122cm x 36cm x 51cm tank on the middle shelf for my turtle, the top shelf will have a tank with the same dimensions but divided down the middle one half for my jackys, the other for southern leaf tail geckos coming soon. Now on the bottom shelf I will have a spare tank same dimensions of course. What would be the better option a pair of Pygmy Beardies or a pair of Central Beardies?. Any help is greatly appreciated(I have spents ages thinking but cannot come to a conclusion.

Kind Regards, John

I'd say a pair of pygmies, or a single central. Although, some people do keep two or even three adult centrals in enclosures that size.
