i faxed my form off for class 2 license on Friday 18th, and got a phone call today to let me know it has been approved and sent.

they rang me as i have a bird license that will expire early October and wanted to know if i wanted to renew that at the same time.

not sure yet just upgraded because it was going to expire start of November as well and i eventually want to get elapids.

i was surprised to get the call as it says allow 21 working days and as they rang me 9am monday it only took 5 & 1/2 working days
