Odd dint in my BHP

I am like any hopefully expecting parent watching my snakes and checking there progress etc. My hopefully gravid female BHP had a large thumb like print in her side this afternoon. it was like someone had poked her with their finger and it had not popped out.
anyone have any ideas.???
when i touched her and she moved it went away but i have never seen it before.
could it be eggs moving with her body leaving a cavity of sorts in her?
