Hi everyone,
I have a woma juvie that I bought earlier this year, and I've noticed over the past day or so that one eye is slightly opaque. It doesn't look too bad when I look at it on its own, but when it's compared to the other, you can see that it is a little more reflective (best way to describe) of the light. I double and triple checked his last shed (week and a bit ago) and both eye caps are intact. He likes to bash his mice against things when he's feeding sometimes and I'm worried that he might have done some damage. The temps have been ok, but got down to 27.5 the other night (despite the thermostat) when it was really chilly (Brisbane). It might just be my paranoia, but I don't think he acts like he can see very well out of it.
I'd love to know if anyone has any experience in this or any ideas at all. If it doesn't improve and/or gets worse, I'll be taking him to Brisbane Bird and Exotics Vet at Mt Gravatt.
