So just moved back to the hills of Nnsw near byron bay aria and have now the room to make my lizards out doors set ups but have a few questions.

1. Beardys out side. So i heard that beardys may not be able to handle the humidity of the aria. Can any one confirm this ? Should i not put them out side or is there things i can do to make it work for them ?

2. Mertens. So its definitely 2 cold for mertens down here but was wondering if i had a heater in his pond would that and the sun light be enough for him ?

3. I also have a few lizards set up in my cabin but it is quite hectic with mosquitoes. Would lighting coils or candles inside affect the lizards or is it going to be toxic to them ?

Any other advice for moving things out doors much appreciated
Cheers

well byron moses and i have beardies and we are both thinking of building outdoor enclosures for them and his bluies
he is from alstonville and im from lismore
there are heaps of water dragons around here too i have hundreds at my work with the bush and creek out the back and a lady i did some work for at bangalow has a house with a big pond and a massive water dragon in it, i dont think there would be too much drama as long as there is somewhere cool to hide

I'm not sure about central beardies being an arid species if they would cope outdoors in a coastal area but easterns would most certainly be fine
