Most of my coastal eggs look ok but there is 1 i'm yet to throw out thats obviously bad but its stuck to 2 good eggs. I'm afraid of busting the goods eggs whist trying to remove it, will the good eggs get infected if i leave it or not? Also when i ditched 2 rotten eggs yesty they had phorid fly larvae on them and there are a few in the inubation tub. How do i get rid of them without harming the eggs?

would pyrethrin be safe for the eggs? I was thinking it could work as its a spray that kills on contact, it leaves no lingering residue to kill insects and is a natural product. What do you guys think?

Get your self a good size syringe and extract all you can from the bad egg. cut away as much as you can also from the other eggs and give it a good wipe out. Should be ok after that.

I have great success by pulling them away from each other
i have riped only one egg and i put a peice of clear tape
and it is fine...
with the flies i would get the bad egg out
change tubs with fresh verm... and the flys will spread lavae
you can wipe the eggs down with f10 but make sure you dont
leave them wet just wipe after the f10 cheers
