When I was 11 we were in the middle of BFN on a camping trip. I found and caught an amazing frog. Dad said there's a plastic bottle you can put him in (keep the lid off etc) and I did. My (twin) 8 year old siblings refused to have it in the car with them so I had to put it in the boot.

To open the boot I needed the keys. I locked them in the boot with the frog.

When dad finished pulling out the back seat to access the boot and regain the keys I excelled myself by demanding the frog ride with me. The frog (in container ) was drop kicked so far I couldn't even see it!

From that point on I was with the Frogs!

nothing's changed.

Oh you poor misunderstood kid

I used to take my son tadpoling when he could barely walk and set up aquariums and watch the taddys turn into frogs.

When he was of kindergarten age he and I set up a fish tank complete with tadpoles at the kinder and he could tell the other rug rats all about the lives of froggies

Cheers
Sandee :)

Thanks Sandy

My Dad's a top bloke, he was just having a tantie! Ever dismantled a car before?

I hated him for a bit but we talked about it and he was ashamed. And I think it was that part of the experience that impressed me most.

And I was with the frogs forevermore :)
