Poor Brodie!

Did anybody see Brodies posting on Aussie Reptiles website re him defrosting frozen rats that were rotten, and he fell over and tipped the whole bucket over his head? Look for the Ewwwwwww!! post. Poor boy, very yucky!

Well... about 30mins ago I put 4 x 200gram rats into a large bucket of Hot water. I dragged the bucket into my room, and left it there. (I have to do this, or I forget that i have rats defrosting). Well, the rats were off, and all of them burst, quickly sending the water in the bucket black. When I walked into my room, the stench was over powering.. I felt like spewing! Crikey!

I built up the courage to re-enter my room to drag the bucket out. As I was dragging the bucket, I slipped backwards. I threw my hands backwards, whilst still holding the bucket. I hit my head on the floor, and the bucked came up, over my face and the ENTIRE contents of the bucket was poured all over my face, and into my open mouth, hair, eyes, ears and all over my bedroom floor. It even went up my nose, and it burns like crazy! Myself and the entire room smells like decomposed rat guts. I have spent the last 10 mins spewing because the smell is HORRIBLE.

I HATE RODENTS!!!!! (BRODIES POST) LOL!

LOL that reminds me one time I forget 6 fish in box freezer in my summer place. I switched power when we left for Sydney. When I came back 3 months later(sumer time) I open the freezer and get big breath of discusting stinch. I womited instantly. Next day I put masking tape arownd the the box freezer chuck it on trailer and took it to tip. The guy on tip asked me what is wrong wit it, and I told him that is working perfectly(not lie) . I wish to see his face when he opened the box freezer.

haha, when i had one of my mice's insides burst open the smell from that was really vile, would of hated to smell a whole bucket full of the stuff.

Yep mate. I felt guilty bit. He must have a shock when open it. But freezer was only half year old. hard to resist for him
