possible eastern water dragon EGG... please advise

A mate of mine came accross what we believe to be an egg in his dragon enclosure. As they are still young he wasnt expecting to have any at this stage and yet....Strange question first up. Is this an egg?
if so a few more.
Is there a way to tell if its fertile?
What needs to be done to take care of it? Even a direction to a forum
Basically just some general Advise.
The Egg is about 2 cm by 1 cm

Yep definately looks like a slug.
To tell if an egg is fertile u hold a bright torch against it and look for red veins.

it looks like their poo but in a different color lol i dont know, i would imagine their eggs look smaller than that, are underground, and with many of them?

LOl its an egg - if it was fertile at any stage it certainly isnt now
