File went into his bedroom, grabbed a baseball bat and used it to strike Davis in the head several times, police said.

Davis was taken to the South Jersey Healthcare Regional Medical Center, where he was treated for cuts on his scalp and released, authorities said.

I hope he enjoyed that as much as the snake did! Just goes to show how thick some people are! :?

I don't know of any poisonous snakes. They are all eatable.

OH you mean venomous.

There is the yellow-bellied black snake you sometimes see in the hills behind the gold coast. Its a morph of the GTS. Hang on, they are venomous this week.

The snake in question is probably a Black Racer, a non-venemous colubrid found in the New Jersey area and commonly refered to by locals as "Black Snake" and gets up to about 6 feet in length.
