pygmy beardy's scales gone weird

Hey my pygmy beardeds scales on its tail from about half way down to the tip have turnd a whitish color compared to the browny grey they were temperature has dropped abit but dont think that would be why... added to this question how can i keep a 900mm tank warm in winter coz his cold end is getting down to like 23.C

dont worry about the cold end, as long as the basking temps stay high it wont be a problem.

it it a milky sorta colour?

could be due to shed his tail,....?

it hasnt done this anytime before wen he has shed but its a milky color like u say and he has just shed
