how do you bump your own add ive tried so meny times and it just goes into the add not its own spot under the add. i no its stupid but i have no idea how to and its making me angry lol

Wait about 4 days, then bump it.
It's so other peoples adds get a chance to be seen and not "bumped off" by someone always bumping theirs back to the top.
