Let me say staight away this is no-herp related. Sorry. Some of you may remember that a few weeks ago I had a bit of a shirty week? Well I wen't and took the first step towards war with the ex today. I filed for custody of my daughter. Man I'm am not looking forward to this week. She is a bloody Victorian to. Anyway sorry just needed to get it off my chest. Cwarren..... best wishes mate... i have been there with mine,and i also went through it all again when i met miss magical,as she was just starting with her first, i know what you will be going through, it will not be fun and believe me although you wont want it too, it will turn nasty, most do when you have two sides and lawyers etc trying to get one up on the other,sometimes it is best to take less to get more..be prepared for some large bills,get a list of the costs your solicitor or lawyer will charge you for various things.. as when you read these costs it will open your eyes as to why these run into the tens of thousands
