Hi,
I have a spare room available in my unit in Sutherland. Good sized room in a roomy apartment. Quiet street, 5 minute walk to shops and major train station. Just 30 mins to city. Near Royal National Park. I'm an easy going 28 yr old male, looking for another easy going person to flat with. Rent is $190/week plus bills and bond. I have a cat and a small bird, but they're both good natured and quiet and won't be a bother.
