General Description
My sister has a room to rent in a 3 bedroom house at Coombabah, north end of Gold Coast. She is living there by herself so it won't be a big share house. Ammenities extra, talk to her about that, pets welcome provided they can get along with her animals. She has a cat and dog so you must be prepared to share the house with them also.
Single person prefferable, but will consider couples, no kids. Own bathroom.
Just to be clear as i had one pm, that is $160p/w.
