Any idea what these lumps are , looks to be excreting a liquid1000020727.jpg1000020728.jpg1000020730.jpg
 
That's a pretty nasty burn, you'll want to vastly increase the size of your basking spot to prevent further damage. Caused by the animal seeking to raise its internal body temperature under too small of a basking spot. The focused beam of the basking lamp burns the skin before the desired body temperature is reached.
 
I was thinking either a bad burn or retained shed.

If you only have one basking lamp and it's a focused beam. I'd swap it out for at least two wide beam basking lamps instead.

Looks like your Sand Monitor is only getting part of it's body warmed up by the basking spot.
