Can anyone tell me how to Sex a snake if i cannot probe it? And is it easy? Or should i get someone experienced to do it?

For probing, get someone experienced to do it.

You can also tell by their shed (if the snake is old enough). I'm not too sure how but I'm sure somebody will explain it :)

You can also tell by "popping" a snake. Which i have never done my-self but i am pretty sure it involves you rolling your thumb up the snakes tail towards it's vent.
But as i said, i prefer to let people with experience doing this do it to my snakes.

I am sitting next to jayden, And he would prefer to do it in a way that is easy and doesnt stress out the snake, It's jungles we are talking about here :? Is there any other way to do it? Instead of checking the shed

To be perfectly honest, i think there are no easy, accurate approaches that can be done with 0 experience.
Your best bet would be to go to somewhere like a vet or pet shop that stocks reptiles i guess, or seek someone out in your local area.
When i bought my spotted python, a local pet shop popped it for me when it was at an appropriate age.
I know with some snakes such as corn snakes, you can sex them just by looking at the tail, but this can not always be very accurate.

I think you can get a vet to ultrasound it, don't know the cost though.

Come up to NSW and I'll sort it out for you, other than that try a reptile pet shop. Im not too sure I would want to take my reptiles into a pet store though, who knows what they could get. Not saying pet stores are bad Im just over cautious.

This way takes some practice, can always give it a go amd get a vet to double check

from what i know about popping it can only be done whilst they are very young before they gain full muscle control and it should only be done by someone confident in doing so as doing it wrong can cause injury to the reproductive organs

That was my understanding too, from what I've read/heard this method only works for the first few days out of the eggs

i guessed mine i figured it didnt really matter wasnt gonna breed them but when i later to them to 'all things slimy' i found out i got it rite :)
