I have inspired a colleague of mine to let her little girl have a pet python!

Her little girl came up to me while i was on the computer and asked "what is that" refering to this website, i explained and she said "snakes as a pet? thats like having my very own dino!"

so after weeks and weeks of her going on and on and on and on about snakes this, snakes that to her mum and dad her mum came up to me today and asked all about it!
so next year they are comming to my house and meeting my pythons then going to build an enclosure and do it all together.

i am so happy!
got another one on our side ;)

good on you bry................It feels good when anothe non herper crosses over.............I did the same for my best friend..................she was so scared of snakes but now holds all of them, even the 6.5 footer

Well done is right...a Canadian and his aussie wife came over 1 1/2 yrs ago to celebrate Canada Day July 1st. They have 2 daughters age 6 and 9, who were so excited about our snakes etc, while the aussie Mum kept saying she hated them as a country girl with horses etc...

We went over there this year for Canada day celebration and the 9 yr old now has 2 Blue Tongues and the 6 yr old watches anything on TV having to do with reptiles, particulalrly snakes, can name all of the venomous ones and apparently all she talks about is snakes!!! and Michelle and Roland (the parents) say all that is thanks to us ...

3 cheers for the love of reptiles!!
