You should be able to look at the shed skin to see if it all came off. Look at the head piece with distinct circular patches where his eyes are. Is it all there? Is the skin all in one piece or broken? If its all in one piece he mostly likely will have shed just fine. If its broken, you might want to check him over for any skin still stuck to him. You will know it if there is, are his eyes clear and bright, nostrils clear, and check the tip of his tail. If his eyes look dullish or clouded, and holes in his shed skin where the eye covers should have been, chances are he could have retailed skin on his eyes. You can assist there but gently holding his head and using a wet cotton bud, circular motions with light pressure around his eye until the skin comes clear. Sometimes it lifts fairly quick, other times you might give up too early. I have seen pictures on here before, of snakes that have not shed their facial skins, have often swelled up. If you're still in doubt, a nice warm bath certainly won't hurt him but watch it cold air when you get him out. Chills can cause RI's.
The cloudy eyes is easy to miss on baby snakes, and speaking from experience with my 2 yearling bredli, can be hard to miss on them, period. I see their skins go dark, but haven't seen the milky eyes very often. And their appetite never changes. Bredli's are tough pythons. I am sure you most likely have nothing to worry about.
