Hey all,
just got myself a bluey and she looks like nothing else I have seen and I was wanting to identify exactly what species she is.
Would my fellow bluey owners show me a pic and name the species yours is.
Cheers and happy Australia day.:D

That would be easier wouldn't it.........Good call.
Will go and get some now.

Hi Jodocast,
What you have there is a lowland Blotched Blue-Tongue Lizard's, it sure looks really nice.
What type of Blue-Tongue's do you think l have here, can anyone tell me please.

First one's a Northern, the rest are Kimberley's. Seems like quite a few people are keeping Kimberley blueys these days.

Azzajay77,
Yes you are right they a all Northern Blue-Tongue's, that come from areas such as Broome-Prince Regent-Kununurra Western Australia and Darwin Northern Territory.
You know your Bluey's.

Tiliqua,
You are right about quite a few Blue-Tongue fans these days do keep the Kimberley Phase Northern Blue-Tongue Lizard's, especially those who can get hold of them, the only problem is what eveyone has in captivity out of the Kimberley Phase Northern Blue-Tongue's, they are all related to each other in some way, either full or half brother and sister. so that makes it hard to get hold of pure unrelated ones for breeding.
l was one of the 1st private keepers to get hold of the Kimberley Phase Northern Blue-Tongue's way back in 2000.

some of mine ...First lot Easterns second lot Alpine blotched:D
