Sick White's Tree Frog.. Help?

I have a austrailian white tree frog and he's about 7 years old. Within the last few months he has gotten really skinny/bony looking and doesnt eat as much as he used to. I have been feeding the crickets calcium hoping he'd then get it from them.

Please look at picture and give me any suggestions.

My other tree frog is fine and healthy ft chubby and eats perfect.

im no professional when it comes to frogs, and im not sure how old they live to, but he might just be getting old?

try the fats forum they may know whats up but he isnt looking well

if i was you i would make sure the enclosure clean, separate him from the other one, and get him to a vet and ask them to force feed him.
