Small injury on nose

My sons childcare has a frog who injured his nose chasing a cricket. Is there any way to treat a small wound on a frog or is it best to let it heal itself? It does not appear infected.

Frogs heal amazingly well on their own, no need to treat minor cuts or rubs ect.
