Snake ID

Hi,

These photos are from some years ago. They were taken close to the coast, just outside Albany, W.A. It's a while ago, but I think he was at least a metre in length, maybe more. Can anyone ID this fella please?

The spotted black snake is from the east coast of Australia. The snake in the photograph is from the WA's south-west.
