a few people have told me to put a turtle in there but dont think it would be fair..wouldnt want to stress them out plus wouldnt want the croc or the turle biting each other...

i am so jealours and i want to know how you got him would love to own one :)

I don't see a need to put turtles in there with him tbh..

Great set up, what a little cutie :p

that'd be one brave turtle :p but good ponit. although had an adult long neck turtle in an adult diamond enclosure once and they left eachother well enough alone.

Just be careful with the river rocks covering the gravel , you will get a build up of anerobic bacteria under the river stones causing the reverse effect of your filter

in turn your ammonia , nitite and nitrate levels will be all over the shop

most of the tank is river rocks and gravel only in part of the tank seperate ...so he can it them if he wants

Nice setup. You have inspired me to go get some more plants for my tank.
I cant see the croc anywhere though.
Do you find you get enough filtration using a spray bar like that?

I have started thinking about moving the croc out into his own little insulated shed out the back. Irwin is ~600-650mm and getting a tad to big for his 6x1.5
