Some APS members meet Slackra and Gavin Bedford....

Tonight at the VHS meeting in Melbourne we were able to meet Slackra and Gavin Bedford.
Here are a few pix taken this evening at the meeting. Great to see some we have not seen in awhile also!

if you look just to the right of beknluke's head you see a rolled up piece of paper, the weapon of choice for the evening :lol:

i also found the talk very informative i never knew that some snakes can shiver to increase their body temperature! some one should do some experementing with leaving the eggs in the enclosure with the mum and see what happens.

i would so love to go up there but $10,000????? not including air fare and helicopter rides... gonna be a long time before that is even possible for me :cry:

It cost me 2 grand to jump in the cruiser and do a 2 week herp trip through the pilbara and kimberley and I do that trip about 5 times a year.
