i would like to apolagise to matt if i have caused him any harm over this you have come to my aid once (i forgot my bad). i should of sent him an email first befor posting this. and just a suggestion can you please state on your web site that email is the best way to contact you so you won't have this problem again.

I would like to say that the products from 'Midwest Tongs' are of extremely high quality, and worth a wait.
I have personally imported there products from the US into the UK, and remember they took there time sending them to me after Ihad paid for them in full.
It's not fair to blame 'Matt' and 'Animal Attraction' for delays in shipping from the US, especially as you haven't even paid a deposit, I can understand your frustration, but all you needed to do was cancel the order, and go elsewhere if you needed the product more urgently than could be supplied. No need to put a fella down for a one off problem, a minor one at that.

I have personally found 'Animal Attractions' service top notch, and when I have had a problem, it was rectifyed straight away to my total and full satisfaction.

I know Matt's the type of bloke that would happily take your call and call it water under the bridge, there's not many that would.

The above was just typed before the thread disappeared, but good on ya for sorting it out and appologising.

Just my 2 cents.

Hey Westy thanks for that i appreciate it, a public apology is not often an easy thing to do, so i am greatful for the thought.

I missed the post on this but I just read it...dealing with the USA is a real bugger and large delays everytime.....but glad you guys have sorted....I Matt does everything in his power to help...I trying to create my own business I knows what is involved and how much Matt has put into his own.

understand where you were coming from westy, and i share the same frustration. Its not hard for an email to be shot over so you knew where you stood, espically after months, but it seems maybe it was hard.

service goes a long way, and it seems you didn't get that this time, but good on you for the public apology :wink:
