My white lipped green tree frog has gotten these weird spots on him, and they're spreading !! idk what they are is he sick or something?

Is that a brown White lipped?
I think that spots can indicate a difficiency. Do you have a UVB light above the enclosure? Do you dust your food source? Do you heat the enclosure?
