I was just watching the shorts to the latest survivor show and they had a clip of one of the contestants chopping a snake in half with a machetti ( banded sea krait i think) surely this is sending out the wrong message i am real pissed.. has anyone else seen it..

If they actually ate the snake then I don't have a problem with it. Other animals eat snakes to survive, why are humans any different?

man eats snake , snake eats man all cool..
But they dont eat it..

I haven't seen it yet. If they kill it for food, that's fine with me. If they just kill it, I will not be happy. I doubt it would be the latter as they would not be able to show that on TV as it would be classed as animal cruelty.
