The bats on this trip we caught were bent wings (not sure which), and long eared bats. As on this trip last year we found that some bats didnt key out to either of the species present but is another species which is being described

I started a new job the week before this trip working on dingoes, then took this week off for this trip. Thought i would see how i went at stalking dingoes. i chased this dingo (pretty sure it was alone). it was calling and i followed its call for about 1.5 hours then finally it ran in front of me (25m away). it didnt realise i was there, posed beautifully and my camera was slow to focus so i only got shots of it after it saw me and turned and ran

Great posts. The dingo pic is awesome, when in good health like that one appears to be they are absolutely beautiful, very majestic animals. Are the lifers first finds for you?

Are you sure that Cyclorana albogutata isn't a young Cyclorana novahollandiae, just hard to tell from the angle.

The great basalt wall is the pretiest place i have ever been. Is were i saw my first bhp and fell in love.. was also were i shot my first chital stag with a bow. always plenty of dingos in that area most the time they are in plag because of the deer and pigs they have to prey on.
If you do not mind what property were you on.. can pm if you do not want it public.
