The work in progress for turts new home. Its a 650L spa tub.. got dad to build a cage over the top which I'll securely fasten to the tub itself and be able to padlock it shut. Will have it as natural for turt as possible; lots of rocks, live plants and guppies.

The set up so far: Quickly sprayed the 'cage' and the sides of the tub.

Basking dock being made. Just ran out of silicone so haven't finished the ramp yet.

its not what i originally wanted.. but for now its better than what he has at the moment (a 400L tank, indoors) so will do for now until I finish uni. In the long run I would ideally like to get him in a 1000L+ stock tank. This thing cant go into the ground unfortunately as I'm in a rental property. This basking dock will also sit on the top rim of the tub so I can fill it completely to give him more water depth as well.
