Thermostat for incubator

Does anyone use one of these thermostats. I think I have it setup properly but it won't cut out at 31 degrees like I have it set to. It's getting up to 39 degrees. I'm trying to use it for an incubator but no luck so far. Any help with what people have their settings on would be a great help. The heat cord is plugged into socket ii which should be the heating thermostat control.

Try it in the other socket I seem to remember other people on here having a similar problem and the instructions were the wrong way around.

Yep, 1/I is thermostat, 2/II is light.
