I'm always encountering new problems :(*
So I have a microclimate B1 thermostat with a magic eye. I have the sensor sitting in the back, middle of the enclosure. A ceramic heat emitter with a*thermometer sitting directly beneath it.*
I find it sitting on 25c on the night cycle for a good 5 hours before I go to sleep. Then when I check it in the morning and it has fallen to 23c. Should I move the sensor closer to the heat globe or just leave it at 23c? Is that risky?*

Forgot to mention it's for blonde spotted yearling.

i think with the nigh eye it says it drops to the night temps over a few hours, maybe just pump the night time temps up a bit as the probe may be reading diff to what the thermostat is set on so since u have it set on 25* it may only be getting to 23*c ( dont allways go by the thermostat temps settings) i have a microclimate b1 with out night eye its set to about 25*c atm but my basking spot is sitting on a nice 31*c atm for my woma and its set to 30*c for my coastal and basking spot is sitting around 31*c also. you could try moving the probe closer or bump up the night time temp

Okay thanks I'll try moving the probe closer. Would you recommend having it on 24/7 at about 30-31 in the basking spot!
