I have a Quick Q for you, im almost to embarrassed to ask.
I have got a Levis Pilb girl and she's about a week away from laying and has been in shed for 5 days or so now and it's starting to freak me out.
temps 31.4c warm end, a breeding box with moistened sand, and another moist patch where her cool end hide is.
I have bought reptashed and have brushed it over her for the last 2 days but minimal effect.
She's never had issues shedding before she shed fine last time she layed a week after I got her.
She's just ate 3 large crix and is pooing ok.
Im at a loss as to why, now.
The only things I can see were different was on Tuesday I had a power outage and the temps dropped a bit and took a little bit to get back up through heatcord. And at the first sign of shedding I misted her directly as well as tub. Can to much moisture create this problem? Can't see it myself but im no expert.
Im starting to get a bit freaked out and thoughts of limbs being constricted and such are now becoming regular thoughts....
Any ideas on why or remedies would be much appreciated fellow geckologists
Regards,
Brett
