My snake ate two days ago and has been resting ever since. I would like to check her and also clean her cage, but is two days too soon after a feed, or should I leave her a bit longer before disturbing her? Also, I don't want to use chemical products to clean her cage, if possible. Any natural cleaner available that someone could recommend please? Thank you.

IMO it's to soon. I'd spot clean today and in a couple of days do a total cleaning. I use this stuff called Chlorhexidine. It's great and doesn't leeve a bad Oder behind and is completely reptile safe.

quickly cleaning your snakes cage isn't going to kill them. its like me telling you to get off the couch after a big meal. it would also be usefull telling us how old your snake is, a hatchy can digest the whole meal easy in 2 days were older snakes take alot longer.

oh and F10 is a reptile safe cleaning product

She is 5 years old. First time I fed her, she already did her business within 4 hours afterwards, and was out tapping on the glass to come and play! That meal was a smaller than her usual though, because it was all that was available (her last owner gave it to me when I bought her a fortnight ago). This meal was a fuzzy rat so a wee bit bigger and furrier. I just don't want her to regurgitate it or anything. She is a very friendly, active snake and I suppose they are all individual; Just figure it is better to ask than assume.

I'd personally just change the water bowl every day and spot clean after pop. You can take him out for play time 3days after food or when no bump is visible
