Turtles Foot

Hello all,
Recently I started adding yabbies into my tank so that my turtle could eat them. It seems that one of the yabbies has nipped him on the front foot. It looks a little swollen and pinkish like it is inflamed around the sore which looks like it has healed up a bit.
I can post pictures if anyone thinks seeing it would help please let me know.
Also does anyone know if these wounds tend to heal themselves up ok, Or should I consult my local vet to get them treated.

You could try betadine?

Ok, so should I keep him out of water for a set amount of time after I betadine it? and if so how long would be recommended.
