world around special about worlds venomous stuff/herps etc on right now channel 7 sydney, goes for an hour, might be ok. cheers.

see how the b*****d left it on the road and drove off, just cause it bit him. Could of moved it off the roadway. :)

Interesting stuff about the bloke bitten by black mamba. He was really lucky.

 ?? too busy to watch it now but im taping it to watch later.

Yeh those Gila Monsters (pronounced Hila) are really cool. There where a few at the Zoo which o saw a few times. They are one of only two venomous lizards in the world. Does anyone know of the other one?

Regards Ether

the other venomous lizard is the beaded lizard, it looks abit like the gila monster, except longer and thinner.

how about that kid who drank the box jelly fish stingers

Not a bad show, it's been on cable a few times, i still think the platypus is the most deceptive venemous animal.

Most people don't know they are venemous, they look all cute and cuddly and then bang!

I really like the look of that mamba. What a fantastic looking snake.
I hope someone got charged over that kid drinking the box jelly tentacles. That was criminal negligence and if it was a scientist he deserves jail. Leaving stuff like that in a drink bottle in the fridge is illegal.

I'd say a territory thing as only males have it, i see them a bit but never more than to in the same stretch of water, i've got photos of a totally white platypus i saw in a river in NSW if i can find them i'll get someone to scann them on for me.
Not sure if it was albino or just white.

the platypus is definately not the most deceptive venomous animal noOne, theres another veomous mammal ;)

theres a bit of trivia for ya

is it the spiny anteater?
