tv unit conversions???

so iv just scored 2 expensive tv units for free to convert into enclosures added bonus is there both done in the same colour stain

soooo i am just wondering if any of you have nay pix or links i could checkout for some ideas 1 unit has spaces on ea side cupboards in middle bottom then tv/vcr takeing up rest of the centre the other is the same but only has the tv/vcr cupboards on left with the space on the right side.

there about 6ft long and 5ft high at a guess id say 20" deep i have 1 jungle and 1 planned for early next yr but cant think of any good ideas for houseing them in the tv units (i wanted to make then some 2 or 3ft L x 4ft H enclosures)

im planing on expanding my collection greatly over the next yr so have no problems converting them for future stock.


am thinking of converting the tv part in 1 for some boyds maby??

I have seen an actual TV converted into a beardy enclosure that was fairly clever. But I reccomend something small like a gecko or something for that area. or convert the shape cut the section out and make a huge middle bit

hmm i really have no idea aye and yes i think i found that tv a little while ago when i was looking at enclosure builds ect ther have a whole walkthrough on how they did it.

i have considered makeing 1 into say 2 enclosures by takeing out or moveing the deviders ect or just cuting holes into 1 makeing it accesable

I have seen a few of them on gumtree they removed panels and turned them into 3 set enclosures or made the TV section huge and the rest into a cabinet.
