Place a damp sheet over the cages or damp cloths over the vents (as suggested) and use the vacuum cleaner on one of the vents to draw air out of the enclosure and hopefully cleaner air through the sheet into the enclosure. You will need to make sure that any part of the vent not covered by the vacuum is sealed off to stop air being sucked in that way.
I concur with Pythonmum and Prettypython. If the animals are showing signs of respiratory distress, get them out of cage and into wet bags. Then transport to where no smoke is and allow them time there in fresh air. Drop off to another herper if you can.
