weight of adult dragons

Hi all,

I was just wondering what the optimum adult weight and size is for central netted dragons (ctenophorus nuchalis) and lawson's dragons (pogona henrylawsoni)?

I have a 2 year old lawson's dragon who is 13cm snout to vent and 26 cm in total length and weighs 90 grams

I also have a 3 year old central netted dragon who is 12 cm snout to vent and 25 cm in total length and weighs 50 grams.

Are they normal, healthy boys?
