I found this in my Shingleback enclosure this afternoon. Does anyone here know what it might be?

I had the thought it might be some sort of premature birth. The thing was smooth and oval shaped and around 10cm long. After breaking it open it had some very small red veins and another small red blob. I've only had them a few weeks so I am not sure if she was gravid or not and their behavior hasn't changed at all since I have had them.

its a slug or unfertilised ova

I had a shingle back tht gave birth to two healthy live young and then gave birth to too of those, one of them had an undeveloped baby shingy in it.
I'll try and get s picture of it, it's in metho at home.
