what age do bearded dragons breed

Just wondering if anyone can help me out with what age bearded dragons start to breed at???

its best to wait until they are atleast 2/3s full grown, breeding females too early stunts their growth. having said that, my 2 year old female thats in with my 8 month old male seems to be gravid
