What are these?

Hello all,

I've seen these legless lizards around a few times now (mostly drowned in the pool) and I've been wondering what they are. I can't find them in my reptile book.

Sorry, should have posted this above.
I life in SE Queensland and the lizard was about 20 cm long.
 
Anomalopus verreauxi I would think... not that I know anything about skinks ;-)
 
Looks like a Brigalow Scaly foot to me (Paradelma orientalis)
 
looks like a three clawed worm skink (Anomalopus verreauxi). i get them @my place here in morayfield.

That looks like it. Thank you.
Although the band on the one in your pic looks a lot brighter.

It doesn't look much like a Paradelma orientalis. And from the small thing I found on them it shows that they live higher then where I live.
 
It could be an Eastern Brown or Taipan. Hold on, they are the same thing up there anyway arnt they?
Seriously, its an Anamalopus.
