What do you feed a young Aust Myna bird?

..and it's not a joke! :lol:

I just found a very young Australian Myna bird. If it was an Indian Myna it'd be in with the snake :lol: :lol:

Any ideas what I can feed this little guy? It's quite young and I found it soaking outside in the rain. Just before the hail set in It would surely die out there the way the weather is at the moment

I'm useless with birds generally, everyone of them I've ever tried to look after cark it :lol:

Any advice will be greatly appreciated :wink:

Thats a branching - Noisy Miners have a very small nest and the young leave the nest before they can fly properly. The adults would have had a fit when you took it. Take it back and see if its parents will accept it back.

:lol: I did just before I saw this :lol: The little guy looked like a lot of work! :lol:

I sat in the car with the windows down around the area I found it and low & behold the parents came out of nowhere I put the bird back into a tree and was wrapt to see the parents start to feed it again
